Return & Refund Policy

We will gladly offer a 30-day return guarantee. Warranty will begin from the purchase date. If a product grows defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.

1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

2. Returns
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

  • If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
  • The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
  • If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you.

3. Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

  • You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from the purchase date.
  •  All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  • The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or contact us via: support@awaytrsite.com, we will answer you within 24 hours, If you contact us after business hours, we will get back to you the following business day.
  • We will inform you the return address by email after you submit your application.
  • After the return, the funds will return to the same way.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)

5.Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service: support@awaytrsite.com, we will answer you within 24 hours. If you contact us after business hours, we will get back to you the following business day.
